BRIK chocolate

Concrete that tastes like chocolate. Marble the melts in your mouth. Bringing a new meaning to eye candy, BRIK tastes as intriguing as it looks. Founded in 2019, winning a Wallpaper* award even before launching, our chocolate design studio specialises in edible textures and architectural surfaces, breaking the mould of how chocolate is to be seen, eaten and experienced. Inspired by terrazzo, concrete, marble and other materials our handmade chocolates are made from all natural colour and flavours and we would never add any artificial ingredients to the mix.

Driven by a constant curiosity of our surroundings, BRIK is in a continous development to create new initiatives. This never ending exploration is at the core of what we do and takes us to corners of our imagination we didn’t know existed.

CHocolate tiles

BRIK chocolate tiles are carefully handcrafted delicacies made to look like terrazzo, concrete, marble, charred wood and pany other surface that catches our interest. With flavour combinations like salted caramel, seabuckthorn and reishi mushrooms, each bite is even a tease to your tastebuds.

DOMES

BRIK’s industrial take on the traditional Danish treat, Flødeboller. Encased within a chocolate exterior is a layer of soft Italian meringue, on a 66% marzipan base.

A feast for your eyes, followed by a curious surveying touch, a cautious first bite, an intriguing loud crack from the shattering chocolate to the moment the delicate meringue oozes from its hard casing. A decadent treat almost too attractive to eat. But it would be such a shame not to.

CHocolate experiments

Experimenting and playing around is the backbone of BRIK chocolate. Our all time favourite in the kitchen is when something royally fucks up, as we almost always discover something wonderful from the mistake. Here is a collection of experiments and tests - some made for fun, some to fit a brief and some are beautiful mistakes.
